WAR CHILD ACTIE! Beste bezoeker van onze New Style weblog, Wat wil je later worden als je groot bent? Als u als kind die vraag kreeg, fantaseerde u erop los. De antwoorden liepen uiteen van piloot, juf, voetballer of stewardess tot journalist en chirurg. 28 miljoen oorlogskinderen dúrven daar niet eens over na te denken. Zij kunnen niet naar school. Omdat ze kindsoldaat zijn. Omdat ze gevlucht zijn. Omdat de weg naar school bezaaid is met mijnen. War Child zorgt ervoor dat deze kinderen - ondanks de oorlog - leren lezen, schrijven, rekenen of een vakopleiding krijgen. Zo vinden ze houvast, krijgen weer vertrouwen in zichzelf en durven ze weer te dromen over hun toekomst. Van 9 t/m 16 maart zetten we heel Nederland op zijn kop om dat voor elkaar te krijgen. U kunt samen met Radio 538 meehelpen dat verschil te maken. Doe mee met onze New Style Fitness actie! Tijdens de actieweek schenken wij de opbrengsten van de inschrijfkosten aan War Child.
